Tomasz Mroczek
President of the Management Board
Tomasz Mroczek is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in “Finance and Accounting” with specializations in “Enterprise Management” and “Banking”.
He has been associated with the WASKO Capital Group since 2010, where he was initially responsible for supporting processes as part of project implementation, and then independently running IT and integration projects. From 2016 he was the Deputy Director of the Audit and Service Department, and then from 2017 the Deputy Director of the Service Department. Currently, since 2019, he has been working as the Director of the Department of ICT Services at WASKO S.A.
From April 3, 2023, Mr. Tomasz Mroczek was the Vice-President of the Management Board of Gabos Software, and from June 2023, the President of the Management Board.
Adam Kołodziejczyk

Adam Kołodziejczyk is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice (2006), graduating in ‘Informatics’ with a specialisation in ‘Informatics in Medicine’. He is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (2010), where he completed Postgraduate Management Studies based on the structure of the MBA programme, and obtained an MBA in Healthcare in 2023.
Adam Kołodziejczyk has many years of professional experience in building and managing sales teams, creating and implementing sales strategies, acquiring new customers and selling services and solutions to customers in the medical sector.
Between 2006 and 2014, he was associated with the Comarch Capital Group, where he was responsible, among other things, for the development of systems to serve medical facilities.
He has been with Gabos Software since 2014, where, as Director, he was responsible, among other things, for the Implementation and Service Office and then for the Development and Implementation Department.
Since 2023, he has held the position of Director of the Medical Systems Department.
Since March 2024, Mr. Adam Kolodziejczyk has served as a member of the Gabos Management Board
