This email address serves as the contact point for reporting vulnerabilities and security-related issues concerning our products.
Please include the following information in your report:
• the name and version of the affected product,
• a description of the identified vulnerability or security issue,
• the steps or conditions required to reproduce the issue,
• the potential impact of the vulnerability on the security of the product or its users,
• information on any observed exploitation of the vulnerability, if available,
• supporting materials, such as logs, screenshots, proof of concept (PoC), or other technical information that may assist in the analysis,
• contact details that will allow us to communicate with the person submitting the report.
Each report is reviewed and classified by the relevant team responsible for product security. If a vulnerability is confirmed, appropriate measures are taken to assess the associated risk, develop remedial measures and inform users where necessary.
In the case of actively exploited vulnerabilities or serious incidents affecting product security, the manufacturer fulfils the applicable reporting obligations in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 of the European Parliament and of the Council – the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
